We don't provide contract labor to do your
work. We'll quote you a price for a complete technical solution to your

our services are provided at a fixed price, with the results guaranteed.
Horizon Systems, Inc. is licensed to provide professional engineering
services by the state of Texas. We work off-site to keep your overhead low.
If you prefer, we can also work on-site to give you the continuous feedback you
want.
To provide you with technical solutions, we use the latest software tools.
These include AutoCAD and Mechanical Desktop for design and development, MSC NASTRAN
for analysis and
Working Model for mechanism simulations.
Other software tools include WinTherm, MATHCAD, and
tools developed specifically to solve

is Al Gienger.
Mr.
Gienger is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and has over twenty-five
years of industrial experience in various management and engineering positions. He
is a member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers, the Institute for
Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the Richardson Telecom Corridor’s
Technology Business Council.
